1. Overview

This statement applies to visits to the website gamificationlp.com. It supplements the privacy policies of the Recheneule, Temporis and Rookspire apps, which continue to apply to each app.

Summary:

• This website uses no cookies and no advertising or tracking networks.
• Traffic measurement works without cookies and without cross-site identifiers, so no cookie banner is required for it.
• We do not store names, email addresses, account data, or location data of visitors.
• Server log files are created by the hosting provider and serve only the secure operation of the website.
• You can disable traffic measurement in your browser through the local entry umami.disabled.

3. Hosting and server logs

The website is hosted by Helloly (shared hosting, cPanel/Apache). When you open the website, the web server automatically processes technical access data: IP address, date and time of access, requested file, transferred data volume, status code, browser type and operating system, and the previously visited page (referrer).

These log files serve only the technical provision of the website, troubleshooting, and the security and stability of the service. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in secure and stable operation (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). The hosting provider determines the retention period, after which the log files are deleted. The provider creates aggregated access statistics (AWStats) from them. We do not combine the log files with other data and do not use them to identify individuals.

4. Traffic measurement with Umami

For statistical evaluation of website usage we use Umami Cloud, an analytics service that works without cookies. The service processes: the requested path, the referring page (referrer), browser, operating system, device type, screen size, language, and country or region. Country and region are derived from the IP address; the IP address itself is not stored.

In addition, we measure only these events: clicking an app store link, viewing a screenshot, downloading a worksheet, switching language, and clicking a support action. Only the data intended for this purpose, such as app name, section, or language, is transmitted.

No cookies are set, no cross-site profiles are created, and no personal content such as names, email addresses, user input, or children's data is collected. To associate a visit within one session, the service stores a short-lived key in your browser's local storage; this key does not link other websites.

The legal basis is our legitimate interest in an anonymous, aggregated evaluation of website usage (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). Because no cookies are set and no personal profiles are created, we consider a cookie banner unnecessary. You can prevent measurement at any time by creating the local storage entry umami.disabled with the value 1 in your browser settings or by blocking the analytics script.

5. Contact by email

If you contact us by email, we process your email address and the content of the message in order to answer your request. The legal basis is the performance of a contract or our legitimate interest in answering enquiries (Art. 6(1)(b) or (f) GDPR). We delete the data once the request is resolved and no statutory retention obligations apply.

6. No sharing, no advertising

We do not share data with advertising networks, do not use social media plugins, and do not create profiling. Data is transmitted only to the service providers used for operating the site: Helloly for hosting and Umami for traffic measurement. Data processing agreements are in place with these providers.

7. Data security

The website is delivered exclusively over an encrypted connection (HTTPS/TLS). We limit processing to the technical and statistical minimum required.

8. Your rights

You have the right to information (Art. 15 GDPR), rectification (Art. 16 GDPR), erasure (Art. 17 GDPR), restriction of processing (Art. 18 GDPR), data portability (Art. 20 GDPR), and objection to processing (Art. 21 GDPR). Please contact support@gamificationlp.com for this.
