1. Overview
Protecting your data and your children's data is very important to us. The Recheneule app is designed to collect as little data as possible.
Summary:
- We require no registration and no user accounts.
- Learning progress is stored only locally on your device.
- We collect no names, addresses, or location data.
- Only technical data needed for in-app purchases (full version) is transmitted to our payment service provider.
- You send a support email yourself, through your own email app (section 3.2).
- Reminders and the weekly report are local notifications, off by default and only a parent can turn them on (section 3.3).

Because we do not use user accounts, we have no access to your personal data or your child's data. All game progress is stored locally on your smartphone or tablet.
3.1 In-app purchases (RevenueCat)
To unlock the full version of the app, we use RevenueCat. When you make a purchase, the following anonymized technical data is transmitted:
- Purchase history: information about whether and when the full version was purchased.
- Device ID (App User ID): a random identifier used to associate the purchase with your device so the app remains unlocked after a restart.
This data is used exclusively to process the purchase and prevent fraud.
3.2 Contact & feedback (support email)
In the parent area (behind the parental check), "Contact & Feedback" opens your email app with a prepared message to support@gamificationlp.com. So that we can help with technical problems, the message contains below your text: the app version, the device model, the operating system version, the selected language and, if present, the random RevenueCat App User ID (section 3.1), so we can match questions about a purchase. You see the whole message first, can change it, and decide yourself whether to send it. The app itself sends nothing.
If you send the message, we process your email address, the content of the message and the technical details listed above to answer your request. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in answering requests (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). We delete the data once the request is resolved and no statutory retention obligations apply.
3.3 Notifications for parents
The app can show a weekly report (on Sundays) and a daily reminder. Both are off by default and can only be turned on in the parent area. They are local notifications: the app schedules them on your device, their content is built from the learning progress stored on the device, and no data is transmitted to us or to third parties for them. After 7 days without play all notifications pause automatically. You can turn them off at any time in the parent area or in the system settings.
3.4 Rating prompt
At selected moments the app may show the Google Play or App Store rating prompt. It is shown and processed by the store; we receive no data from it.
4. Child data safety
Our app is aimed at children. We strictly follow Google Play family policies. We knowingly collect no personal data from children. Because no sign-in is possible, children cannot accidentally submit data to us.
5. Permissions
The app does not require sensitive permissions and does not access the camera, microphone, contacts, or location. The notification permission is only requested when a parent turns on a notification in the parent area. So that scheduled notifications survive a device restart, the app may run after the device starts. The app uses internet access only for purchases and for restoring the full version.
