App: Echo: Idle Incremental
Last updated: 30 September 2026
1. Overview
Echo is an idle game that also runs offline. It is free, funded by voluntary rewarded videos (ads you start yourself by tapping) and offers one optional one-time purchase. The game has no user accounts. It is intended for adults (18 and over).
- Your save, progress and settings are stored locally on your device (section 3).
- Ads exist only as rewarded videos, and only when you tap for one. No banners, no automatically shown ads (section 4).
- Where the law requires it, Google asks for your consent once, covering ads and analytics (section 4).
- The purchase is handled by Google Play and managed through RevenueCat (section 6).

Echo stores in the app's private storage: your save and progress, your settings (number format, volume, vibration, motion) and whether the Amplifier was bought. This data contains nothing about you as a person. Google's Android backup can carry it to a new device if you have turned it on in your system settings.
You can reset your progress in the app at any time, or remove all data by uninstalling. We cannot view or delete this local data, because it is not transmitted to us.
4. Ads (Google AdMob) and consent
For rewarded videos the app uses Google AdMob (Google Ireland Limited or Google LLC). A request for a video is made only once the consent prompt (see below) allows it. Google may process data such as your IP address, your device's advertising ID, device and app information and details of your interaction with the ad, and may transfer it to the USA. The legal basis is your consent (Art. 6 (1)(a) GDPR) where consent is required.
Consent: At the first start, where legally required, the app shows a single consent prompt from Google (User Messaging Platform). It covers ads and analytics. Under "Privacy options" in the app you can change your choice at any time. Without consent the app shows no ads, sends no analytics data and stays fully playable. You can reset or delete the advertising ID in your Android settings under Google → Ads.

5. Analytics (GameAnalytics)
To improve balance and the play experience the app uses GameAnalytics, but only once your consent allows it. Processed: a random identifier of this installation, session and gameplay events (such as progress reached, rewarded videos watched, purchase yes/no), device model, operating system and app version, language, and the country derived from the IP address. No names, email addresses or accounts are processed. The legal basis is your consent (Art. 6 (1)(a) GDPR) where required, otherwise our legitimate interest in improving the game (Art. 6 (1)(f) GDPR). The data is kept at GameAnalytics as long as needed for this analysis.
More information: gameanalytics.com/privacy.
6. Purchase through Google Play and RevenueCat
The Amplifier is an optional one-time purchase, not a subscription. Google Play handles purchase and payment under its own responsibility; we receive no payment details and no names or email addresses. To verify and restore the purchase and to detect refunds the app uses RevenueCat (RevenueCat, Inc., USA) as our processor. This involves a random app user ID that reveals nothing about you, and product, purchase and transaction data. The legal basis is performance of the purchase contract (Art. 6 (1)(b) GDPR). The transfer to the USA relies on the European Commission's standard contractual clauses. On request we delete the data, unless statutory retention duties apply.

7. Rating prompt and crash statistics
At selected moments the app may show the Google Play rating prompt. Google Play shows and processes it; Echo receives no data from it. If you have agreed in your device settings to share diagnostic data, Google provides us with aggregated crash and stability statistics ("Android vitals"). This data is collected by the operating system, not the app; we cannot link it to any person.
Google's privacy policy: policies.google.com/privacy.
8. Permissions
The Android version uses: internet access and network state (ads, analytics, purchase), Google Play billing (purchase), vibration (optional haptic feedback, can be turned off) and the advertising ID (Google AdMob, section 4). The app does not access the camera, microphone, contacts, location, photos or files outside its own storage.
9. Children
Echo is not directed at children or teenagers. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18.
10. Contact by email
If you contact us by email, we process your email address and the content of your message to answer your request (Art. 6 (1)(f) GDPR). We delete the data once the request is settled, unless statutory retention obligations apply.
11. Your rights
You have the right to information (Art. 15 GDPR), rectification (Art. 16), erasure (Art. 17), restriction (Art. 18), data portability (Art. 20) and objection (Art. 21), and the right to withdraw a given consent at any time. Please contact support@gamificationlp.com for this.
You can lodge a complaint with the Austrian data protection authority: www.dsb.gv.at.
12. Changes to this policy
We update this policy when the app changes, and before any new data processing starts.
