How to delete your data
- Local game data (current run, progress, settings): in the app, open Settings → "Reset progress". Alternatively via Android: Settings → Apps → Rookspire → Storage → Clear data, or uninstall the app. We cannot see this data, because it is never transmitted to us.
- Purchase data (RevenueCat): email support@gamificationlp.com with the subject "Rookspire – Data deletion". We will arrange the deletion of the data RevenueCat holds for your random app user ID, unless statutory retention duties apply.
- Feedback emails: if you have written to us through "Send feedback", we will delete your message and email address on request once the enquiry is resolved.
What is deleted, what is retained?
- Deleted: all local game data and, on request, the pseudonymous purchase data held by RevenueCat that can be associated with your request. This data contains no name and no email address.
- Resetting does not cost you the full version: you can bring the purchase back in Settings with "Restore purchase".
- Retained: purchase and payment data at Google Play or Apple, as far as commercial and tax record-keeping obligations require. Their retention periods are governed by the respective store.
Rookspire has no user accounts, no ads and no analytics or tracking services. There is therefore no account to close.
