How to delete your data
- Local app data (learning progress, statistics, settings): in the app, open Profile → Settings → "Reset progress". Alternatively via Android: Settings → Apps → Temporis → Clear data, or uninstall the app.
- Usage statistics: in the app, open Profile → Settings → Privacy and switch usage statistics off. This stops all future data collection and deletes locally queued, unsent events.
- Already transmitted analytics data: email support@gamificationlp.com with the subject "Temporis – Data deletion". We will delete all analytics data that can be associated with your request.
What is deleted, what is retained?
- Deleted: all local app data, unsent analytics events, and, on request, the pseudonymous analytics data stored with PostHog (EU cloud, Frankfurt am Main, Germany) that can be associated with your request. Analytics data contains no name, no email address, and no advertising IDs.
- Retained: purchase and subscription data held by Google Play and RevenueCat, as far as necessary for subscription management and commercial/tax record-keeping obligations. Their retention periods are governed by Google and RevenueCat.
- Pseudonymous analytics data that cannot be associated with a deletion request expires automatically at the end of PostHog's retention period.
